First Aid at Work

Introduction


The course consists of eighteen hours of assisted learning, which is
split over three days.  

On the final day candidates are required to take
and pass an exam.

The First Aid at Work Training course is the highest required certification for first aid and will include:

How long will this course take? 

This course involves at least 18 hours of training and is run over three days.


Will I get a recognised First Aid certificate? 

At the end of the course, you will get a certificate issued by an Ofqual Regulated Centre. The certificate is valid for three years.


Do I have to undertake an annual refresher training? 

HSE strongly recommends that first-aiders undertake annual refresher training, This will help qualified first-aiders maintain their basic skills and keep up to date with any changes to first-aid procedures. Annual refreshers are not mandatory.



All subjects are trained to be certified in accordance with Resuscitation
Council UK.
